vi posto la risposta che mi hanno dato al ticket di protesta per il fatto che con sto "Italy Express" non solo è in ritardo la spedizione (ad oggi 23 giorni rispetto a quanto da loro indicato), ma non esiste traccia nei siti di tracking.

prima mi hanno risposto che non è aggiornato e che ci vogliono fino a 2 settimane (comunque più di quello che dichiarano nella spedizione)
